After making payment by a candidate. His/her application for refund shall be
accepted only in following cases:
If the candidate is unable to complete online application form due to
technical reasons or programming error.
If the application of a candidate is placed wrongly online because of
If preliminary selection test cannot be concluded due to service
Refund shall not be applicable to any candidate who appears at Information &
Selection Center, Bangladesh Air Force for written exam but whose application
was rejected due to following reasons:
If the candidate is found under-height
If documents submitted by the candidate do not conform to requirements
stated in the circular.
Fraudulent attempts to join Bangladesh Air Force.
If the candidate fails in practical examination (if so needed).
If the candidate fails in written examination or medical examination.
If the candidate has not been selected in any subsequent enrolment
If someone makes an application not meeting any of the qualification/eligibility criteria requirements mentioned in the circular.
If someone is makes an application from a district that is not mentioned in the circular for any specific position.
Refundable amount shall be the fixed amount which was deposited by the candidate
as application fee according to the existing policy of Bangladesh Air Force.
An application claiming refund using the format shown as annex ‘A' shall be
submitted by the candidate to Officer Commanding, Information & Selection
Center, Bangladesh Air Force with relevant documents.
Applications claiming refund have to be submitted within 06 (six) months from
the date of making payment for online application for joining in Bangladesh Air
Officer Commanding, Information & Selection Center, Bangladesh Air Force
shall study each application to determine the genuineness of applications and
forward only the eligible applications to Directorate of Recruitment, Air
